I have found that Jess is able to intuitively use the touch screen interface. I think it is not only a brilliant way for her learn but also to have fun. ;D
The Paint Pro app is an arty app, it has a kids mode that means most of the controls are disabled and to wipe the screen clear all you have to do is shake the phone.
