Right lovelies!
As moderator of the parenty advice boards I will start you off with some lovely links to some great advicey websites.
First up:
www.analyticalarmadillo.co.uk
This is an UH-mazing blog written by a very clever and clued-up lady who knows anything and everything about breastfeeding. She writes quite a lot of posts that rebound all the biased and quite frankly ridiculous twaddle you'll find in such fodder as the Daily Mail and women's magazines, and posts a lot of evidence-based articles to do with everything boob-related. She also has a most excellent page on Facebook where one can ask any manner of breastfeeding (or parenting) related question and get sensible, helpful answers from other like-minded mummies.
Secondly:
www.mythnomore.blogspot.co.uk
Yes, it's another blog, but it's written by several well-informed ladies whose mission it is to dispel all those myths you hear about breastfeeding and to educate the public on what normal breastfeeding and infant behaviour is.
I will be adding more as and when I find links, and if anyone else has some awesome breastfeeding related websites they'd like to contribute, please feel free!! The more the better!! x
PS, I'm also a breastfeeding peer supporter (I breastfed my daughter for 22 months and had training so I could help other mums with problems they're having) so if you do have any problems, feel free to post here and I'll do my best to help
