I don't know if anyone else has tried BLW or is interested in trying it. We've been doing it with our DS and it's brilliant! We bought THIS BOOK and there are some delicious recipes in it. Also lots of very helpful information. Jacob is great with food- it has improved his pincer grip and he will try anything!

We did this straight from when our daughter started eating real food. She has never had any of the jar rubbish. ;D
I think it is amazing for a number of reasons:
If your doing the cooking you prepare one meal and dont have to cook loads of different things.
The child will eat what the amount they need, no obese children in my family!
Jess has been a lot more experimental when trying new foods. She is generally willing to try something at least once.
You should remember tho it can still be a struggle to get Jess to eat the healthy stuff as well as the other less healthy stuff sometimes.
Also let the child get messy, let them play with there food as this is how children explore and learn. Just cos they spread it over their high chair does not mean they are not going to eat it!
